Worn at the end in Tommy`s illusions.
This mask was also worn in part 4 and 3.

Originally made to be used on the puppet
that falls off the barn into spikes. However,
Stunt Coordinator Dick Warlock told me
the puppet was not used in this shot, but
Tom Morga did the stunt himself.
